The villa is set amongst the sleepy little villa of Bajar Anyar Kerobokan. Set off the main road and secluded in a tropical rain forest canopy of spectacular big trees; Villa Marxiz is truly a Sanctuary.

The main building of this stunning villa offers two deluxe master bedrooms with oversized open air bathrooms, a large living room which have been exquisitely furnished with teak daybeds and unique artworks and an open plan kitchen and dining room. A charming bridge extends from the main villa to the relaxation pavilion situated on the other side of the river.

The Alir is a spacious 5-bedroom estate, nestled beside a river within the beautiful agricultural belt between Seminyak and Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast. The property comprises a main house and two additional guest houses, a relaxation pavilion and a large swimming pool, set in 2800 square metres of beautiful gardens.

Villa Ipanema is located only a few step from the beach, 500 meter from exclusive Canggu Club and the Canggu Deli and less than 10 minutes from Seminyak, Bali’s trendy shopping, dining and night life.
