In total the villa has four bedrooms, all of which have air-conditioning and fans. All rooms have queen-sized beds. The ground floor has a small dining/living room along with the master bedroom, another bedroom and an auxiliary kitchen. Shared between these two bedrooms is a massive bathroom, partially open to the sky with a stone interior, marble floor, massage area, and a large sunken bathtub. The main kitchen with its bar-style serving area is on the second floor. On the same level there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a central living room opening onto a massive exterior wrap-around covered deck. Stairs from this floor lead up to a solitary bedroom with its almost 360 degree view and an ensuite bathroom, that top off the villa. Audio-visual needs are met with a television on each floor, a modern stereo system in the central living room, and another on the ground floor.

Villa Anyelir features additional amenities such as a large modern BBQ, CD collection, a pool table, and a well-stocked mini-library. The house is ideal for hosting large, diverse groups of people. With its large common area on the second floor combined with its many little nooks, such as the alcoves on the ground floor and the table and chairs on the second floor deck, it allows people to congregate and break up as the mood strikes them.
