The pavilion with its high natural ‘Joglo’ ceiling, the tall supporting ‘teak wood’ columns and the cool cream terrazzo paved floors is the very essence of tropical living. The lounge has a music system with surround sound speakers. The outside deck wood dining table for 8 makes for easy and elegant dining. The grounds are beautifully grassed and maintained. The wonderful 15 x 4 meters long swimming pool is lined with green stone with a white wooden deck surround.

The Master Bedroom is situated in one corner of the property, with door opening directly onto the garden terrace. A lockable connecting door links this room with the bedroom next door. The bathroom boasts an open terrazzo bathtub - there is also a large mirror, vanity unit with washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 is linked to the master bedroom by a lockable connecting door. This air-conditioned room is furnished with a queen size bed. Wooden door open directly onto the garden terrace. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen size bed and also equipped with air-conditioning. Wooden door open directly onto the garden terrace. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spacious corner shower, and there is also a large mirror, vanity unit with washbasin, and toilet.
