The property overlooks the stunning white sand beaches of Suluban. Beyond are views of Dreamland and Padang Padang; these among the earth’s top surfing spots. Spot manatees, dolphins and an abundance of other sea life beneath. To the west, watch the stunning sunsets over Uluwatu, look north to see the mountain peaks of Gunung Batukaru and Mount Agung. Suluban Cliff is a modern Balinese style residence offering 5 star luxury accommodation for up to 12 persons. The estate comprises a main villa and terrace, 4 stand alone bedroom suites , a spa pavilion, cascading reflecting pool, glass-fronted infinity pool, elevated pool terrace, cliff front lawn and cliff edge dining bale & bar.

The main villa is located at the elevated rear of the property and the land then slopes down to the cliff edge affording stunning sea views from all parts of the property. The main villa built on elevated ground comprises an entrance pavilion with reflective pond, open plan living and dining areas and an extensive kitchen.

The dining set up for 12 affords views of the ocean for everyone seated. Whether you dine in the air conditioned comfort or out on its terrace, you can’t help but take in the everpresent vista of the Indian Ocean.

 

• 4 stand alone bedroom suites with indoor and outdoor ensuites.Each bedroom is naturally air conditioned and fitted with modern amenities such as a 42 inch flat screen Philips TV, DVD player, iPod & Bose docking station. Satellite TV channels are available in the Purple and Fuschia Suites.

• The master bathroom/ ensuite is air conditioned and has an outdoor bath area with a window opening for the vista of the ocean

• Each bedroom is theme as Purple Master Suite, Pool Fuschia Suite, Turquoise Suite & Lushgreen Suite with some elements of the finishings in their respective colours

• Property sleeps 8 to 12 as there is a super single bed tucked underneath each super kind size bed for each bedroom suite.

• Enter the Property by the Main Villa, which comprises the living & entertainment area, dining & bar, guest bathroom and ocean view designer kitchen. The whole main villa pavilion including the kitchen is fully air conditioned. The main villa has glass sliding doors which can open fully for that ocean breeze.

• The living / entertainment area is fitted with Quad Hi Fi system, a 52 inches Philips flat screen TV & DVD player. Full satellite channels is available.

• The sound system is also fitted by the spacious Main Villa terrace which has alfresco dining or lounging for 12.

• In the dining room, the formal dining set decked in plush black sits 10 to 12 persons.

The Spa Pavilion is by the cliff edge lawn, the elevated pool terrace is the vantage point to take in that spectacular views of Suluban beach, rolling surfs and views beyond.

• To the east of the cliff edge, the cliff edge bale & bar decked in chic limegreen sofas is also equipped with a sound system. Enjoy the cliff edge experience with the rolling surfs just right beneath.
