With finest facilities and pampering service in peaceful surrounding it is absolutely dedicated for comfort and privacy. The Tra Villa is set amid the verdant land of Canggu. It is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 600 meters from the beach, and some of the best dinning and shops of the famous Seminyak area is reachable within 20 minutes.

The Tra Villa is one of the most prestigious holiday home on the area. On the land of 2,100 m2, the villa offers four bedrooms set in three aesthetic flair building accessible through a private road amid the rice field. Arriving the parking area, a bridge next to the fish pond leads to the fabulous living area set in the lower level. It is spacious, elegant with white terrazzo stepping, minimalist in style yet comfortable with view to the stunning swimming pool and the lawn aside. Connected by a short stepping, the right side building offers children room, media room, and the three opulent bedrooms including two junior bedrooms and the master bedroom towards the end. Tidy, each bedroom is facing to the garden and the pool, completed with finest furniture and equipment, with en suited stylish bathroom.

The left side of the living area featuring study room including library and guest bedroom with private terrace overlooking to the garden and the pool. The staff quarter along with the kitchen is discreetly set on the back of this compound. The Tra Villa is exceptionally elegant, offers a modern living yet the traditional touch remain.
