The art village of Ubud is a pleasant 60 minute drive through cascading rice terraces and fertile rainforests.

Nestled amongst established tropical gardens in every imaginable shade of green, the Firefly Villa enjoys a tranquil setting. Every room accesses the cooling river breezes, and provides brilliant vistas of the verdant landscape, rolling terraces, waterfalls and koi filled ponds, which are part of this dramatically designed luxury villa. The natural riverside provides glimpses of bird-life and other fauna, and yes, at night you may well spot a firefly dancing on the breeze.

The spacious private villa features stunning contemporary design, with separate buildings for living, dining and sleeping. Three generous and comfortable bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and en-suite, ensure a peaceful nights sleep, and are complimented by an array of entertainment options, either within the Firefly Villa compound itself or within easy reach by car. Centre-stage, the curving emerald green pool has a massive infinity edge, and is set amongst towering 20 metre tall trees and giant tree-ferns, making it an ideal place to escape the sultry tropical day. The jacuzzi can accommodate eight people for a relaxing sunset cocktail. Firefly Villa also has a well equipped TV room with plasma screen, PS3, DVD library and Wii.
