The largest villa on the estate has beautiful mature gardens, a large pool with a spacious deck and bale, indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and four stylish, light-filled bedrooms. The villa is laid out on three floors. On the ground floor a self-contained kitchen, one king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, living area and an elegant garden bathroom which can be enclosed to create a private apartment. This leads out through folding glass doors to a terrace that wraps around the house and features a barbecue area and a pool table.

Upstairs another large terrace offers fantastic views of the surrounding rice fields, the garden and pool. The outdoor dining area leads from an open kitchen where a cook offers full time catering or guests can enjoy preparing their own meals. A spacious lounge area surrounded by folding glass doors can be left open to the fresh breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Choose from a large library of movies and watch on the flat screen TV, sinking into deeply cushioned sofas.

This second floor has a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a guest bathroom and a furnished terrace, perfect for watching the glorious sunsets, enjoying a cocktail or curling up with a book. The third floor is a private suite with amazing views in almost every direction. A large light-filled room with a romantic four poster bed makes this an ideal getaway for a couple or a teenage retreat.

Villa Anyar is the largest and the original villa on the Estate with grand proportions, beautiful views, space to relax and the comfort you expect in a real home.
