At the end of a 2.5 Km, 4m wide, asphalted road surrounded by rice paddies, that leads to a secluded beach.
More than 750 sqm of living area, 45m of completely open, west facing, sea view, direct access to the beach. Roofs are in traditional alang-alang with bamboo rafter structure. They are exposed as much as possible to the rooms below. Ceilings are 3.5m minimum, windows are fitted with 8mm thick glass, outdoor wood is iron wood.
Living rooms
At ground level, next to the entrance, a 88 sqm open living room, with pantry and access to powder room below. Completely surrounded by a 40 sqm pond, overlooking the sea, west facing. On the first floor, another open living area, 45 sqm, ideal for sunset watching. Opens to the master bedroom and to an open air massage area. Can be completely privatized to turn the master bedroom into a first floor private suite.
Dining room
Airconditionned, 45 sqm, with rotating glass doors opening to the garden and sliding glass doors opening to the living and foyer.
Kitchen
semi-professional, fully equipped. 18 sqm, with outdoor barbecue area. Accessible by the back for the staff.
Media room
Located below the west bedrooms building, accessible by an outdoor staircase along the swimming pool, this is a secluded area. 48 sqm, equipped with 5.1 Bose/Denon home cinema system. 6m wide sliding glass doors open to the river bank and the sea in the remote. At the rear, huge bed/lounger over the whole width of the room.
Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms. The smallest is 36 sqm, the largest 80 sqm including its adjacent study room. They ALL have sea view, their own ensuite bathroom with large bathtub, outdoor/indoor shower, 2 washbasins, walk-in closets with mini-bar and safe and separate toilets. They are all airconditionned and have a private balcony/deck/terrace. They are all with merbau floor.
Swimming pool
20m x 5m infinity pool with overflow and salt chlorinator treatment system. Finished in sukabumi stone inside and lava stone at the top. Complemented with a children shallow pool at dining room deck level, and a heated Jacuzzi overlooking the sea

Garden
Enchanted green Balinese modern. Lush tropical garden, jungle-like in the entrance (see landscaping plans). Lots of little corners hidden in vegetation. Two mature frangipanis in planter boxes inside the entrance pond, 4 around the swimming pool, 2 next to the dining room. Coconut trees next to Lot 3 border and next to media room. Bamboo walls, vegetation wall on the west wing. Equipped with garden lights, Balinese statues and features. Along the stairs leading to the pool, decorative rice paddies. Modern features like rock surrounded by deck, mirrors, floating steps, pathway in circular iron wood. Ponds in Kerobokan stone, typically Balinese. Water wall behind the pantry room.
Weddings & Events
Villa Ambra, with its spacious rooms and gardens is an ideal venue for that special event – a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday celebration, or just a great party.
There’s more than enough room to seat up to 80 guests for a sit-down dinner. Up to 200 can enjoy cocktails and canapés. If you have your own event organiser, we’re happy to work them. If you’d like us to recommend someone to assist you, we’ll provide you with some local contacts.
For corporate events, such as a weekend off-site or MICE for top-performers, Villa Ambra makes sense. Because of Villa Ambra’s relationship with Pantai Lima, an estate of adjoining super luxury villas, there are a total of 26 double bedrooms available, as well as a large seminar room with the very latest in High Definition projector systems.
Staff quarters
120 sqm on two levels, include 2 maids quarters, storage area and two covered carparks. A private path leads directly to the kitchen. No window overlooking the house.
The Finishes
High end and refined. All outdoor airconditionning units, water heaters and other modern equipment are hidden behind bamboo boxes and screens
The equipment
The house is provided in turn-key state, including furniture, cutlery, glassware and linen.
Electricity : a 33KVA counter is provided with full backup (200 KVA total) shared generator in the common area
Cold water : pump with a deep well. Treated through softeners, multi media filters and UV to make it potable. Distributed over the whole estate through constant pressure pumps.
Hot Water : Individual electric water heaters
Used Waters : 3 mini Sewage Treatment Plants will be fitted with blower systems and effluent tanks.
Air conditionning : All 5 bedrooms, the study, the dining room and the media room are airconditionned. The living rooms are open-air and fitted with fans.
Internet : Wireless centralized system for the whole estate
TV : Satellite centralized system for the whole estate. All rooms are connected with 23 international TV channels.
Electronics : All 5 bedrooms have 37-inches HD ready LG flat screen and Denon/Bose/LG surround sound systems. They come with mini-fridge and safety boxes placed in the walk-in closets or in the bathrooms.
